Working principle of beam lamp



Beam lamps are famous mainly for their unique light sources. Its unique small-diameter cup bubble design and focal length positioning principle make it have high light efficiency utilization. Its high lumen also leads to its high calorific value, which also leads to the high bubble burst rate of the early 200W beam lamp. Therefore, the heat dissipation of this beam lamp is different from that of the traditional computer shaking head lamp. Its wick is relatively thin and there is no peripheral isolation layer. Therefore, if the heat dissipation is like that of the traditional lamp, that is, the greater the heat dissipation, the better mode is not feasible, which will lead to the continuous ionization of the bulb ionization arc and affect the service life of the bulb. If the heat dissipation is not enough, the bulb will blow up quickly. Therefore, this beam lamp requires a constant temperature system.



At present, domestic manufacturers have two heat dissipation solutions. One is traditional heat dissipation, which relies on a better fan to dissipate the heat of the bulb and cooperate with the temperature control switch. Another better method is software temperature control and heat dissipation, that is, relying on software to control the constant temperature of the fan. If the fan slows down or fails, the bulb protection will be automatically extinguished without bubble explosion. The latter of the two methods is better. Even if the former does not burst bubbles, it has a great impact on the service life of the bulb. Beam lamp bulb category beam lamp bulbs are mainly Philips. Here, there are four categories: one is the original bulb, i.e. Philips platinum 5R bubble MSD or OSRAM original 230W, which is widely used, one is Philips UHP bulb, one is the large amount of Taiwan excellent lamp 5R in the market, and one is all kinds of false bubbles and bubbles with uneven color temperature and brightness screened by Philips. The original 5R platinum bubble is about 700 more expensive than UHP. In addition, the same UHP bulb has different bubble pressure. Good manufacturers will measure the bubble pressure and screen the bulb again to ensure the stability and consistency of the bulb.
